Tong Hock Hing
Director & Head of Operations
With over 20 years in the coating industry, Tong has handled a wide range of projects spanning spray painting, nano coating, and polishing. Trained in Thailand and Japan on coating application and repair methodology, he brings deep technical expertise to every project.
Under his leadership, ICS has grown into a recognised name in yacht topside coating across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand — consistently delivering the highest quality finishes for superyachts and commercial vessels alike.
Tong holds a Diploma in Superyacht Project Management, further strengthening his ability to manage complex, multi-phase coating projects to the highest international standards.

Alan Koh
Senior Consultant
Previously the Akzonobel (IP Awlgrip) yacht coating trainer for the APAC region, Alan brings over 45 years of experience in the yacht industry. He has managed numerous yacht building projects and trained applicators across the globe to the highest standards.
Known for his exceptionally high standards for yacht finishing, Alan has trained teams of applicators overseas — many of whom have gone on to perform outstanding work in the industry. His deep technical knowledge made him highly sought after across the region.
Driven by a passion to build a world-class team of Singaporean applicators, Alan joined ICS to impart his vast technical knowledge to the next generation — ensuring ICS remains at the forefront of the APAC yacht coating industry.
